MILWAUKEE NUPES RAISE MONEY FOR AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION

Join the Milwaukee Nupes, Alphas, Ques and Sigmas as they play head 2 head in CLASH OF THE TITANS, Charity Basketball Tournament in recognition of National Diabetes Awareness Month.


Admission: $3 w/ a canned good - $5 without
Proceeds will benefit the American Diabetes Association, specifically to "LIVE EMPOWERED," the American Diabetes Association's Community-based African American program. Live Empowered is a targeted approach to increasing the awareness of the seriousness of diabetes and emphasizing the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices. The target audience of this program is people of African descent living in the US.
Canned goods will go toward the Alpha Phi Alpha canned good drive 

The clash begins on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010 at the Northside YMCA (1350 W. North Ave.) at 3pm.
